About The Role
  • Accurately process payments in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  • Ensure accurate receipt input by verifying current procedures and addressing dishonoured cheques from customers on the same day of notification by the finance team.
  • Maintain compliance with Group Credit Procedures and ensure safekeeping of critical documents.
  • Provide high-quality customer support to contribute to business profitability, adhering to targets set for service levels, policies outside credit terms, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
  • Effectively manage customer refunds in a timely manner in line with agreed service level and industry agreements.
Responsibilities:
  1. Verify the accuracy of receipts and process accordingly.
  2. Manage customer refunds in accordance with agreed service level.
  3. Communicate effectively through written and verbal interactions.
  4. Up hold high standards of customer service and compliance.
