Our Hr Team is a leading provider of human resources solutions, dedicated to helping businesses succeed in the competitive IT Asset Disposition industry.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily focused on our Warehouse and Field Services functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Process Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, manage the entire hiring process from identifying needs to offer negotiation.
- Job Advertisements and Position Descriptions: Create engaging job ads and position descriptions that reflect our company brand and values.
- Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough shortlisting, candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process and timely feedback.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with Managers and key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop effective solutions.
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract new quality candidates, leveraging recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Background Checks and Onboarding: Conduct background checks, VEVO, references, and criminal record checks, and assist with the onboarding process and security requirements for candidates.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on updates, insights, and recruitment activity.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- A genuine passion for recruitment and 2+ years previous experience working either in a recruitment consulting organisation or as an internal recruiter.
- Previous experience with AS4811:2022 would be advantageous.
- The ability to come up with innovative hiring solutions, identifying opportunities to attract suitable applicants and engage them throughout the process where required.
- Fully adept to the Microsoft Office Suite of products and highly confident using Excel.
- Professional acumen & excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-presented and reliable.
