About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team at KU Children's Services. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote child safety and wellbeing.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service that meets the needs of children and families.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in early childhood education.
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).
