Aged Care Nursing Leader

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualised nursing care, ensuring the highest standards of resident care.
- Act as a point of escalation for issues while maintaining effective relationships with staff.
- Support the delivery of person-centred care by leading a dedicated team of care support members.
- Lead from the front, delegating tasks appropriately amongst the care team.
- Develop strong relationships with residents and their families through empathetic and compassionate approach.
- A minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is required.
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is also required.
- Strong leadership skills, along with ability to build effective relationships, are essential.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation in line with nursing competency standards is necessary.
