Job Description

Lead a Team of Skilled Professionals

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Doors Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our Doors business, you will be responsible for leading an experienced and capable team, ensuring operational objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction are attained.

This is a critical role within our SWR region and reports directly to the National Doors Manager. You will implement strategies for providing cost-effective, consistent and reliable maintenance services, driving profitable business outcomes.

Requirements
  • Proven experience working within the maintenance industry, leading a technical service/maintenance team
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a proactive approach to supporting the wider business line
  • Ability to build relationships and motivate team members
  • Operational and safety leadership skills with a desire to mentor and coach
