A manufacturing company is seeking a Production Manager to help grow their new roller blinds division.

**Your New Role**

Your role as a Production Manager will be responsible for the organisation's production process and ensuring that production targets are met. You will assist management with setting up a new division and driving growth for the company's new sector within roller blinds, security blinds and outdoor blinds.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage a team of production staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to achieve their goals.

• Work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Maintain a sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety.
