Laptop and Mobile Phone Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Repair Specialist to join our team in Melbourne.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough diagnostics to identify faults and defects
  • Replace faulty components and update system board firmware
  • Ensure all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in electronic repair and maintenance
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctuality, reliability, and resourcefulness

Work Schedule:

8 hour shift

Location:

Melbourne VIC 3023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
