Key Business Operations Role Summary
">This role is responsible for overseeing the organisation's financial operations, including budgeting and financial reporting. The position requires strong finance expertise, with experience in managing finances, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
">The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement operational strategies to support organisational goals, manage and support administration and facilities teams, and provide strategic advice to the leadership team on financial and operational matters.
">A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including funders and suppliers. The candidate must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognised tertiary qualification in business, finance, law, or a related field. Strong finance expertise, including experience with financial management, budget development, and compliance reporting, is essential.
">Experience in the not-for-profit sector or education would be beneficial, as would experience with operational and strategic planning, compliance and risk management practices, and leading diverse teams effectively.
