Registered Nurse Required
Job DescriptionThompson Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your expertise and experience in aged care will enable you to provide guidance and support to other staff members, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care at all times.
With a strong focus on customer service, you will strive to exceed expectations by providing an environment of harmony and trust. Your excellent communication skills and ability to problem-solve will help resolve conflicts and promote a positive work culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA (essential)
- Aged care experience beneficial
- Strong understanding of contemporary aged care principles and clinical practice in a residential setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Organizational and time management skills
- Documented evidence of ongoing professional development
