We are seeking a qualified Optometrist to join our team in Gymea, NSW. As a Part-Time Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments for full scope practice.
  • Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose and manage ocular conditions.
  • Demonstrating a keen interest in dry eye management and providing appropriate treatments and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with our experienced optical dispensers and working together as a cohesive team.
  • Delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clientele.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Therapeutic prescribing is beneficial for our client base.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous leadership, training and/or supervising experience is a bonus.
  • Special interest in dry eye management beneficial, with knowledge of current treatment options and techniques.
