Leadership Role

About the position
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations and drive efficient delivery of products to valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a team of manufacturing personnel to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards
  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a positive work environment
  • Implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize productivity and workflow
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within manufacturing or relevant industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate and inspire the team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures
