Within our dynamic retail environment, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Ambassador.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to support the management team in driving sales growth and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, showcasing our premium products with passion and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Pick and pack online orders efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain high standards of store operations, including visual merchandising and housekeeping

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A full-time availability commitment, with a minimum of 38 hours per week
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; what's more important is your ability to deliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for streetwear and sneaker culture would be highly advantageous
