Company Overview:
Our client is a globally recognized and esteemed brand within the electronics sector. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a Reverse Logistics Supervisor to enhance their team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the RLI Team, focusing on Operations, Inspection, and Compliance.Manage return tracking, including inbound volumes, escalations, resolutions (including incorrect stock processes), and reporting.Facilitate the compliant disposal of both RLI and Non-RLI products and assets.Plan disposal management, including weekly stock scrapping activities and Virtual GR & Scrap programs.Support and manage the planning, execution, and support of the C-Sales program.Supervise and report on compliance checks for product labels as part of audit requirements.Ensure inventory management accuracy, stock categorization, and grading processes.Assist with LIT Claim & NOCLAIM DBS processes.Validate billing processes.Coordinate with HQ/SEA Head Office/Factory for stock allocation and dispatch.Assist in grading stock and conducting sample checks.Process damage inspections using mobile applications.
Candidate Profile:
3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, logistics/returns processes, project administration, and team supervision.Proficient in Excel and SAP.
