About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Retail Trainer to join our team at Johnny Bigg. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating and executing seasonal visual merchandising plans that drive sales and brand impact.

In this role, you will own the in-store and window presentation standards, ensuring that every store looks sharp and executes our vision flawlessly. You will work closely with our retail leaders to tailor strategies that make sense for each region and manage fixture audits, allocations, and signage distribution to keep stores on-brand and cost-efficient.

You will also be responsible for coordinating new store openings from layouts to execution and regularly visiting stores to assess visual merchandising execution, provide training, and refine strategies. Your strong leadership and communication skills will enable you to inspire teams and influence at all levels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute seasonal visual merchandising plans that drive sales and brand impact.
  • Owning in-store and window presentation standards.
  • Leading visual merchandising direction and guidelines for each season.
  • Managing fixture audits, allocations, and signage distribution.
  • Coordinating new store openings.
  • Regularly visiting stores to assess visual merchandising execution and provide training.
