Job Title: Production Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Team Member to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of persons who may be affected by your actions.
  • Co-operate with any reasonable instruction, policy and procedure.
  • Identify and report all hazards, near misses, injuries, illnesses and incidents.
Quality Responsibilities
  • Attend and participate in all relevant training and personal development.
  • Actively participate in planned site meetings.
  • Ensure your work area is kept clean at all times.
Production Responsibilities
  • Products manufactured meet product specifications.
  • Comply with company safety rules and safe operating procedures.
  • Report staff and workplace issues to the Site Manager when they occur.
Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.
  • Current Driver's License and Forklift license.
  • Aptitude for computerised work.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills.
