The successful candidate will report directly to the IT Lead and work closely with the wider IT team to deliver effective, responsive, customer-centric IT services and systems that advance our strategic business needs. Key responsibilities include applying specialist IT, project, stakeholder engagement, and informal leadership skills to provide support in areas such as system efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary or further education qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role together with less formal qualifications.
