About Us

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, controlling, buying and optimizing merchandise deployment across assigned categories.

As the primary commercial liaison between departments, this role requires effective communication and alignment of strategy to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute merchandising plans, allocation strategies and assortment selections for assigned categories and boutiques.
  • Prepare and present post-season and in-season analysis to optimize inventory levels and assortment.
  • Identify key trends by product category and season to inform buying and assortment strategies.
  • Manage budgets and collaborate with buyers during buying sessions, ensuring a well-balanced and curated product offer.
  • Forecast sales and stock needs for new and carryover lines.
  • Synthesize buying results and conduct post-buy analysis, highlighting key findings.
  • Coordinate with international and local departments in managing the merchandise plan and order portfolio.
  • Provide qualitative feedback and trend analysis for short and long-term planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in merchandise and emerging industry trends. A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Fashion or related field is preferred. The candidate should possess analytical and numerical skills; advanced Excel proficiency is required.

A proven track record in negotiation, communication and relationship management is essential. Luxury and Fashion industry experience is advantageous. The ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams is crucial.

  • Achievement of sales and stock efficiency targets for assigned categories and boutiques.
  • Successful execution of assortment, buying and inventory strategies.
  • Contribution to the overall development of the company.
