Located on Level 1 of a renowned hotel in Geelong, Maestro offers an inviting atmosphere that blends intimacy, charisma, and familiarity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including daily specials and local produce.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- RSA certification is required.
