Lead a Day Program as a Seasoned Service Coordinator

Coordinate services and supervise staff at a site level, ensuring best practice and client support.

About the Role
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of group homes or day programs, including household accounts and program activities.
  • Serve as the initial escalation point for site team members.
  • Ensure all mandatory reports are provided on time.
  • Drive Supported Independent Living development with team members.
  • Maintain properties to appropriate standards.
What You'll Need
  • Certification IV in Disability or Individual Support, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing and supervising staff and client outcomes in multiple settings.
  • Demonstrated understanding of NDIS, active support, and human rights-based approach to service delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer literacy in MS Office Suite and online systems.
  • Practical experience in achieving community inclusion.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence.
