Hospital Operations Specialist

The after hours hospital campus manager plays a crucial role in the safe and efficient clinical and operational management of the hospital campus outside of regular business hours. This position requires collaboration with senior management to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient services while coordinating day-to-day bed management and patient flow.
Job Description:- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA is essential.
- Flexibility and availability to work after hours shifts, including evening, night, and weekend shifts, are required.
- Demonstrated effective clinical leadership and management skills are necessary for success.
- Advanced Life Support certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
