Seasonal Customer Service Representative Job Description

This seasonal role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our festive team, delivering exceptional service to customers and contributing to the success of our centre.

  • We're looking for friendly, reliable individuals who are passionate about creating positive experiences for our customers.

You'll work closely with our Concierge and Car Park services, ensuring effortless and memorable moments for our visitors. This will involve greeting and assisting customers, managing traffic flow, and supporting car park operations during busy periods.

In this role, you'll also operate a buggy within the car park, conducting safety checks and providing operational support. We're looking for someone who can confidently assist customers in a fast-paced retail setting.

  • You will:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, always willing to go the extra mile to enhance the experience.
    • Assist customers with directions and provide helpful solutions to make their visit more enjoyable.
    • Manage traffic flow and support car park operations, ensuring a smooth experience for all.
    • Operate a company buggy safely and efficiently, completing regular safety checks.

This seasonal casual role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills, working alongside our experienced team. We're looking for someone who is available to work flexible shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
