Production Manager Role

Job Description:

Delivering a high-profile production requires meticulous coordination and leadership skills. The Production Stage Manager is responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of the show, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional quality.

This key role demands a strong organizational capacity, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities to work effectively with the creative team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver the production according to plan
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team and Lead Producer
  • Maintain the highest professional standards in every performance
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and communication effectively
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and manage resources efficiently
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Production Stage Manager or similar role
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Technical knowledge of lighting, sound, staging, and OH&S practices
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to diverse venues and changing conditions
  • Current driver's licence (First Aid certification desirable)
