Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our internal applications, including Epicor Kinetic, Content Manager, and Mainpac.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for internal applications.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain processes and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve application functionality.
