Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coach to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that cater to the needs of learners pursuing careers in the aged care sector.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Design and deliver training programs covering topics such as personal care, infection control, and dementia care
  • Assess learner competencies to ensure they meet industry standards
  • Provide feedback and support to help learners achieve their learning goals
  • Maintain relationships with industry partners to ensure training remains relevant
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and assessment tools
  • Comply with regulatory and organisational policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant vocational qualification in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or a related field
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or higher
  • Registered nurse or Registered Enrolled nurse
  • Substantial experience in the aged care sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
