Venue Operations Lead

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Venue Operations Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless venue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operations to ensure optimal venue performance
  • Train, mentor, and upskill staff to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Drive financial performance through data-driven insights
  • Maintain brand standards, energy, and best-in-class quality across the venue

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' experience in hospitality (restaurants or pubs preferred)
  • Exceptional leadership skills to drive team performance
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
