Job Opportunity:

The role of Risk Partner is a crucial part of strengthening enterprise risk management across Deakin University.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess strategic and operational risks
  • Implement and improve risk management policies, tools, and processes
  • Develop and maintain risk registers
  • Contribute to the preparation of risk reports and dashboards
  • Design training and guidance materials to enhance risk capability and awareness

For this position, you will require a relevant qualification and extensive experience in risk, compliance, or a related field. Developing and applying enterprise risk frameworks, policies, and practices are essential skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and design practical solutions, are also necessary.

About This Role:

This full-time ongoing position is based at Melbourne, Burwood, or Geelong Campus with hybrid work arrangements. The ideal candidate will be available to start on 6 October 2025.
