As a leading provider of technology and digital talent, Paxus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team.
This role requires strong technical skills, including experience with ServiceNow scripting, REST, and SOAP. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and developing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules
- Implementing workflows, automation, and integrations with enterprise systems
- Providing troubleshooting, support, and platform maintenance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Consultant, or Administrator
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, etc.)
- Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other integration techniques
- Understanding of ITIL best practices and experience working in Agile environments
- Must pass a Federal Police Check and have no prior terminations/poor performance feedback from a government agency
