Job Description
The role of Administrative Assistant is a dynamic opportunity to join our team in the Gastroenterology Department.

- Contributing to patient care management involves maintaining accurate records, booking lists, and other details.
- Assisting with outpatient clinic bookings ensures timely and organized care delivery.
- Maintaining systems and processes streamlines workflows and enhances efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in administration or clerical work.
- Ability to provide consultancy and advisory services to management and staff at all levels.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to address sensitive and complex issues.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently under limited direction.
