As an early childhood educator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating high-quality inquiry-based educational curriculums for children attending our services.
You will work collaboratively with our teams to provide a positive, inclusive, motivating, and collaborative workplace culture that values the thoughts, ideas, and perspectives of all children.
The successful candidate will have a zest for creating engaging learning environments and experiences that inspire curiosity and investigation.
They will also have a love for quality resources and materials that foster exceptional learning outcomes.
About the RoleThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and implementing high-quality inquiry-based educational curriculums for children.
- Leading and mentoring educators in the delivery of educational curriculums.
- Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and policies within the early childhood education and care environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree qualification in early childhood education or a related field.
- NESA accreditation as an early childhood teacher.
- Child protection training approved and recognised by ACECQA.
- A first aid certificate.
- Detailed knowledge of child development and contemporary theories/approaches to early childhood education and care.
