About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Affinity Education Group. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating healthy menus for children of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement nutritious menus that meet the dietary needs of children.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Cater for individual child requirements, including allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Participate in educational opportunities to teach children about healthy food choices.
Requirements
- Current Food Safety and Handlers (Health and Community) Certificate.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from our centre.
- Current first aid certificate and resuscitation certificate.
