In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the rubber mixing process, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will work closely with the production team to optimize the mixing process and achieve high-quality rubber compounds.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in rubber mixing or compounding">
  • Experience working in a medium-to-large heavy industrial engineering manufacturing operation">
  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team">
  • Knowledge of Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Safety systems and methodologies">
  • Certificate IV Front Line Management or similar qualification">
  • A valid Australian driver's licence">
