Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Add new tasks to the planning calendar, move uncompleted tasks to the coming week, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communication: Check the Asana inbox, ping team members who haven't completed tasks, and manage general documentation for the team.
  • Meeting Support: Take and manage meeting notes, schedule meetings with the team, and create meeting descriptions and agendas.
  • Administrative Support: Make requests for job openings, equipment, and other tasks assigned by the VP of Product.
  • Email Management: Manage emails with general requests and forward/ping to relevant team members.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent communication skills in Ukrainian (written and spoken) and English (C1+).
  • Experience: 1.5+ years of experience as an assistant, preferably in a marketing or product role.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with various departments and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • Research and Analytical Skills: Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Marketing Experience: Prior experience supporting a marketing department.
  • Software Familiarity: Familiarity with marketing software and CRM tools.
  • Team Player: Great sense of humor and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
