We are a newly established dermatology clinic, committed to providing holistic care for patients with chronic conditions.
Our team of experienced healthcare professionals is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and treatments to patients in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The Role- We are seeking a skilled Medical Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between specialists, patients, and administrative staff.
- They will provide essential support to patients with long-term medical management requirements, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Key responsibilities include treating patients with UVB phototherapy, managing Medicare batching, balancing end-of-day finances, and maintaining a clean and tidy clinic environment.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong commitment to patient outcomes, and flexibility to work varying hours.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in medical administration
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A strong desire to contribute to the success of our team and improve patient experiences
