The ideal candidate will:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with their energy and top-tier service mindset.
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement.
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with their team to succeed.
• Take pride in their venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
• Own their space – be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Be trained in all areas and whether they're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, they bring their A game.
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.

The perfect candidate will have:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it.
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults.
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them.
