About the Opportunity

Mastermyne is seeking a dedicated HSEQ Coordinator to join our team in the Moranbah region. As a key member of our project, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our personnel.

Job Description

The HSEQ Coordinator will be responsible for providing expert services to projects, contributing to the attainment of Mastermyne's Business Plan objectives. This includes working collaboratively with the Project Manager and broader HSEQ team to develop and implement plans that meet legislative, client, and company requirements.

You will also be expected to provide high-level advice on best practices and services to Mastermyne personnel, utilizing investigative and audit tools and processes. With a minimum of four years' experience in a HSEQ Management/Coordinator role, you will possess a strong understanding of HSEQ legislation and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary Occupational, Health, Safety, and Environmental qualification
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
