Job Description

The Allocation and Replenishment Specialist will be responsible for effectively allocating merchandise to stores, driving sales growth and inventory productivity through precise allocations.

This role involves:

  • Allocating and replenishing stock to stores based on business needs.
  • Analyzing sales trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels in-store by monitoring warehouse stock and managing replenishment to stores.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Effective allocation of stock to stores.
  • Monitoring and managing receipts and deliveries into store and DC.
  • Managing warehouse stock and replenishment to stores to meet business objectives.
  • Conducting detailed analysis of sales trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Performing size, store, and profile analysis to inform business decisions.

  • A strong understanding of data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the retail industry with a focus on inventory management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
