Electrical Tradesperson Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Tradesperson to join our team in Karratha.

This is an opportunity to work on an iconic local project, delivering a landmark urea plant for Western Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Install and remove electrical lighting circuits.
  • Install and remove electrical equipment.
  • Install electrical cable and pull and tie it securely.
  • Install electrical conduits within trenches, including civil trenching works and manual backfilling.
  • Execute tasks by following comprehensive procedures and adhering to work instructions.
  • Manually install electrical components.
  • Complete Inspection and Test Records (ITR's).
  • Test and tag electrical appliances and portable equipment.
Requirements
  • Electrical Licence WA - Mandatory.
  • CPR and LVR certification - Mandatory.
  • Installation and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas(EEHA) - Desirable.
  • Licence to Perform High Risk Work Elevated Work Platform (WP) endorsement - Mandatory.
  • Work Safely at Heights certification - Mandatory.
  • Confined Space Entry training - Desirable.
  • Pass a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
  • Hold full working rights in Australia.
