About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our office operations. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, supporting a high-performing team, and contributing to the agency's success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage front-of-house operations and staff effectively

- Provide administrative support to staff, including document preparation and correspondence

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of office listings and respond to customer inquiries

- Handle financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate records

- Assist in process improvement initiatives, system reviews, and reception protocols

- Develop and implement quarterly business plans and coordinate settlement procedures

What We're Looking For

- Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication skills at all levels

- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members

- Experience with online platforms and software applications (e.g., Agent Box)

- Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
