As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including pet care and nutrition.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Perform tasks as required, including merchandising, stock management, and cash handling.

Requirements:

  • Real customer service focus with an ability to wow our customers.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic.
  • High integrity, with a commitment to maintaining a professional and respectful work environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Composure under stress and pressure, with a determination to succeed.
  • At least 2 years experience working with a high volume, disciplined retailer.
  • Strong merchandising skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Commitment to the care of pets, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
