About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for providing technical and commercial advice on renewable energy projects across Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian renewable energy market and be able to work effectively with clients to deliver high-quality results.

You will have experience in leading due diligence processes, reviewing construction and operation contracts, and determining commercial implications of technical risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading technical and commercial due diligence for solar, BESS, or onshore wind projects and portfolios
  • Assessing risks that could result in a deviation from the project or portfolio financial model
  • Proposing relevant mitigation measures
  • Working with clients to develop business cases and financial models
Requirements
  • Engineering degree, Physics, Mathematics, or similar
  • Strong project management skills and commercial acumen
  • 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry
