What You'll Do
  • Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset.
  • Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement.
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed.
  • Take pride in your venue, ensuring it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
  • Own your space – be trained in all areas and bring your A game whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function.
  • Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.
