Customer Growth Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in championing our product range and driving sales growth within an assigned account base of existing customers.
- Bld relationships with assigned accounts to foster profitable sales and activations.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand market share across the distribution channel.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of services and competitive products, including life cycles, pricing programs, and technology advantages.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of sales/account management experience in the IT industry.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as a team member and independently.
- Rapid change adaptability and performance under pressure.
