Your responsibilities will include:

* Opening and closing rental agreements
* Selling additional over-the-counter rental products
* Managing reservations and organizing fleet
* Providing excellent customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
* Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard
* Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
* Delivering vehicles between sites
* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
* Enthusiasm and a drive to exceed targets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
* Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
* Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
* Full working rights in Australia
