Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to provide home-based care services, including community access and travel to various locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, clinical care, medication supervision, community access, and specialised care in accordance with each client's tailored care plan.

Key qualifications include a Certificate IV in Disability or higher, minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Australia, and possession of a valid driver's licence. Previous experience as an AIN/EN/RN is highly desirable.

A First Aid Certificate, Manual Handling Competency, full vaccination, and NDIS Worker Screening Check are also essential requirements.
