Our client is seeking a highly skilled Demolition Building Supervisor to oversee the management of demolition and refurbishment projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a growing construction company that specializes in eco-friendly buildings within the Modular Building space.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal strip outs, clean and refurbs, risk management, subcontractor management, and liaising with contractors and sub-contractors.

\

Key skills and qualifications required include:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work within a team as well as work autonomously
  • Previous success in the field or proven ability to grow into the role
  • Evidence of current mandatory notification training completion
  • White Card
  • Supervisors License required
