Our factory positions are perfect for those who enjoy working with their hands and have a passion for fixing things. You'll have the opportunity to work in various sections, including weighbridge, general mill worker, bagasse truck and loader drivers, and more.

For those who prefer working outdoors, our Cane Supply & Transport team is looking for individuals who can relocate sugarcane from farms to factories through shift work. You'll have the chance to work as a loco driver assistant or a physically demanding role like a cane rail labourer.

We're looking for applicants who are willing to complete an entire crushing season, which typically runs from June to December, subject to weather conditions and other factors. Other skills or tickets may be viewed favourably, so please ensure they form part of your application.

A requirement of the recruitment process is to complete a pre-employment medical, which includes a urine drug and alcohol screen, physio assessment, and medical assessment.
