About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team at Susquehanna Growth Equity. As a key member of our Technology Risk and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in improving our trading controls, technology processes, and monitoring capabilities in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Trading, Quantitative Researchers, Infrastructure, and Strategy Developer Teams to develop and manage scalable and highly performant systems to support trading in the region.
  • Partner with Compliance to understand their technology requirements and ensure that our systems meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our top technologists to gain new business knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and implement projects to improve our trading controls, technology processes, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on requirements and facilitate the development and implementation of projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Business Analysis role in an IT environment with management of SDLC projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required or other related discipline.
  • Experience within a trading firm, investment bank, or other financial institution.
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organisational skills.
  • Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills.
  • Experience with Agile IT Governance reviews and continuous improvement for SDLC.
  • Data analysis experience with Python and/or SQL.
