About the Role

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity that requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills. You'll be responsible for setting the team's strategy, motivating and managing a team of professionals, and driving outstanding customer service, collections, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debts
  • Manage account receivable performance and ensure high levels of governance and controls are in place
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and external vendors to drive process improvements
  • Utilize data and analytics to statistically analyze collections journeys and bad debt root causes
