We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Architect to spearhead our pre-sales campaigns and drive technical success for our Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. This role requires a deep understanding of customer architectures, business challenges, and technical tradeoffs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead technical discovery and workshops with customers to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
- Develop and execute Proof of Value plans to achieve technical selection over the competition.
- Become an expert in the Klaviyo experience, from data pipelines to code base and technical tradeoffs.
- Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering/architecture, or software product implementation.
- Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, eCommerce systems, mobile apps, analytics, ad tech, and data engineering.
- Proven ability to learn new domains quickly and track changing technical landscapes.
- Compelling communication skills to persuade technical stakeholders and explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
