Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service and advice to our customers. No prior industry experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive product training to help you succeed in this role.

This involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service, handling cash transactions and operating EFTPOS, learning to accurately mix and tint paint for our customers, and assisting in maintaining stock levels and ensuring a positive store environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We require individuals who are passionate about helping others, have great communication skills, and are physically fit due to the need to regularly lift paint tins up to 25kg. A friendly and approachable attitude is also essential for success in this role.
